About Us
Serving and Representing the Continuum of Care
LeadingAge Wisconsin is a statewide, nonprofit organization serving the long-term care community. Our members include care providers across the field of long-term care, assisted living and housing for older adults. LeadingAge Wisconsin serves our members through advocacy, education and collaborative strategies. We work to create a continuum of care that supports the independence and quality of life of older adults and individuals with disabilities. As a trusted resource, we help care providers solve challenges and deliver value for the people they serve.
Our board represents many of the most mission driven organizations providing long-term care and housing for older adults in Wisconsin. We rely on this talented group of experts to guide our policy priorities, educational offerings and organizational vision.

The LeadingAge Wisconsin Difference
The LeadingAge Wisconsin difference starts with the passion and purpose of our members. LeadingAge Wisconsin members represent a wide range of organizations — nonprofit, faith-based and proprietary — but they all share the same guiding principle: They are mission driven. To our members, being mission driven means putting people before profit; reinvesting in teams, programs and services and always striving to deliver the highest quality of care. It’s a shared commitment that goes beyond business — it’s about purpose, compassion, and doing what’s right. That’s the LeadingAge Wisconsin difference.
We consider our business partners part of our membership. Known as “associate members,” our business partners aim to provide new and improved products and services to our larger membership. Associate members support LeadingAge Wisconsin financially through sponsorships and by sharing their industry expertise. While we value their contributions greatly, associate membership status is not an endorsement of goods or services our members provide.
