Benefits of Membership

Benefits of Membership For Care Providers

Serving the Continuum of Care

No matter what kind of care or service you provide, you are part of something bigger — a continuum of care that supports older adults and people with disabilities at every stage of life. At LeadingAge Wisconsin, we bring all those pieces together. We help members from across the care spectrum connect, learn from one another, and work together. We help members strengthen their organizations and speak with one voice for the people they serve.

Benefits Across All Care Settings

LeadingAge National

While LeadingAge Wisconsin advocates for members at the state level, our national partner, LeadingAge, does the same at the national level. Together, we advance policies, promote best practices and conduct research that helps people live fully as they age. This strong partnership gives members comprehensive support at both the state and national levels — all through an annual dues payment.

Survey and Regulatory Support

LeadingAge Wisconsin provides hands-on guidance to help members navigate the nursing home survey process. This guidance helps you confidently understand and comply with state and federal regulations. Support includes interpreting regulatory requirements, survey preparation, responding to survey findings, and clarifying expectations about documentation, policies and day-to-day practices. By offering timely technical assistance, practical tools and real-world insight, we help providers address issues proactively, reduce compliance risk and stay focused on delivering high-quality care to older adults and people with disabilities.

Benefits of Membership for Business Partners

We consider our business partners part of our membership. Known as “associate members,” our business partners aim to provide new and improved products and services to our larger membership. Associate members support LeadingAge Wisconsin financially through sponsorships and by sharing their industry expertise. While we value their contributions greatly, associate membership status is not an endorsement of goods or services our members provide.

Our strength is rooted in collaboration with our valued members. By combining our expertise and resources, we create a strong network. This network drives mutual success and advances the continuum of care and services for older adults in Wisconsin.
