Assisted Living Benefits
For assisted living professionals, guidance and support from a trusted team of experts can make the difference in achieving community success. Our assisted living benefits include practical tools and resources to support workforce recruitment, orientation and retention; access to a comprehensive clearinghouse of policies and procedures; and high-quality educational programs and staff training modules. Members also benefit from unparalleled networking and idea-sharing with peers and Echelon, a collaborative program that fosters professional growth through teamwork and shared learning.
Echelon®
Echelon is a state approved program of the Wisconsin Coalition for Collaborative Excellence in Assisted Living (WCCEAL), available exclusively to LeadingAge Wisconsin members. As the first WCCEAL program to be state approved in 2016, Echelon set the bar for continuous quality improvement programs in the state and has maintained its status as an unparalleled forum to serve assisted living professionals who strive for excellence in the care and services they offer.
Through Echelon, LeadingAge Wisconsin provides a voluntary system of tools, guidelines, practices, education opportunities, peer support, consulting services, facilitated discussions and network meetings to enhance your quality improvement efforts. Our quest for quality is driven by our firm belief that your residents deserve excellent care and services.
Echelon includes a system of quality initiatives to advance your quality improvement efforts including a system of assessments, decision trees and individualized service plan templates for your modification and implementation. The program also offers resources such as a policy and procedure bank, an employee orientation guide and staff training modules.
Echelon managers and nurses meet throughout the year to discuss practical application of the quality initiatives, enhance their knowledge base and offer peer support and mentoring.
LeadingAge Wisconsin recognizes that one size does not fit all when it comes to serving assisted living professionals. Echelon offers services specifically tailored to address the unique needs of community-based residential facility and residential care apartment complex providers.
