With 25 years of leadership and operational management experience, Lisa is brings a wide range of expertise to her new role.
Lisa holds the Director of Nursing Services - Certified (DNS-CT) credential from AAPACN and previously served for over a decade as a Director of Nursing in skilled nursing and post-acute care. She later founded and served for 12 years as Chief Operating Officer of a technology agency supporting Fortune 500 clients, where she sharpened her skills in team building, systems improvement, and organizational leadership - skills she now brings back to healthcare to strengthen nursing services and create cultures where residents, families and employees thrive.
