Reggie Miller, Co-Chair of the LeadingAge Wisconsin Workforce Network, is bringing his passion for strategy and data-informed decision making to the forefront—and he’s eager to share it with his fellow long-term care professionals.
With a rare blend of analytical insight and genuine compassion, Reggie applies both head and heart to his work as Executive Director of Human Resources at Luther Manor in Wauwatosa—and now, to his leadership within the LeadingAge Wisconsin member community.
Reggie’s journey into HR began in recruiting, where he discovered a talent for connecting with people and encouraging them to grow. That same passion fuels his approach to long-term care workforce challenges today. “When I hear ‘workforce,’ I think opportunity and challenge,” Reggie says. “We’re not just reacting—we’re planning for the future, sharing best practices, and supporting each other.”
That’s exactly what we’ll be doing at our next Workforce Network meeting on Wednesday, June 25 from 9:00–10:00am on Teams. Our topic is compensation strategy, and we’ll take a deep dive into the Long-Term Care Workforce Compensation Survey—a vital project LeadingAge Wisconsin is running in collaboration with other provider associations and the nonprofit HR firm MRA.
We’ll explore the survey, discuss how to use compensation data to inform strategy, and carve out time for peer-to-peer sharing. “I'm a big believer in iron sharpening iron,” Reggie says. “This is a space for thoughtful conversations, fresh ideas, and strategic planning to support our workforce.”
