The session featured Director of Marketing and Community Engagement Natalie Strade from Clement Manor in Greenfield, who shared highlights from the organization’s 2025 marketing results.

Ms. Strade outlined Clement Manor’s mix of digital marketing, community engagement, and storytelling. Paid social campaigns generated 56,000+ clicks, while Google Ads delivered 45,000 impressions and 2,300+ clicks to the website.

Clement Manor also emphasized in-person events, hosting quarterly open houses and tours supported by direct mail outreach. These efforts brought in 188 prospective residents and family members.

To stay connected with prospects, the team sends a monthly newsletter to 800 recipients, expanded its website FAQ content to improve search visibility, and added virtual tours to support remote decision-making.

Ms. Strade highlighted the role of credibility and community presence, noting recognition from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Shepherd Express, and Newsweek, as well as partnerships with local schools, community events, and parades.

New initiatives include a grant-funded caregiver respite program, expanded referral work, podcast participation, and new resident storytelling videos.

Attendees then engaged in a peer discussion, sharing practical ideas to improve marketing and tour experiences.

The session underscored how creative marketing, strong partnerships, and authentic storytelling can help assisted living communities stand out in a competitive market.
